Street Dance is an incredible style of dance which eventually requires lots of strength and balance, but training is given during the class to build up to challenging skills. There are lots of styles that fall under the category 'Street', all of which are taught and studied within the classes, including breakdancing.
What do I wear?
There is no uniform for this class. Loose fitting, comfortable clothing is required, this can be any ensemble and in any colour. Clean trainers should be worn, but these will sometimes be removed.
If you purchase the class on a trial basis (one week), you are welcome to swap to a different class if you/we feel the one you have selected is not suitable.
Complete or partial refunds are only given in exceptional circumstances, this may be discussed with a member of staff and the final decision will be made by the Principal, Miss Wendy.
To keep us all safe, we have limited spaces in all our classes, each student has their own designated space which is distanced from others, and sanitation stations are available throughout.
Unfortunately, our social waiting areas are closed for now; we ask that parents wait in cars or leave the premises while the student is in class. We have an outside space to wait in before the class enters, it can get busy, so we ask that masks are worn in this space in case of the event of closeness during class crossover. All students waiting to enter the studio must wait for the previous class to exit before they proceed.
