Musical Theatre teaches a combination of Singing, Acting and Dancing, plus the skill of doing these things all at once!
The class often recreate scenes from musicals and movies, and they also create their own pieces for our annual shows and performances.
The children have so much fun in this class and seeing them grow in talent and confidence is amazing.
What do I wear?
There is not a specific uniform for this class however we prefer black as it gives a more professional feel. However, you must be able to move freely in what you wear, dancewear is ideal, but regular leggings or t-shirt is fine; but we ask for no big pictures, patterns, or slogans.
If you purchase the class on a trial basis (one week), you are welcome to swap to a different class if you/we feel the one you have selected is not suitable.
Complete or partial refunds are only given in exceptional circumstances, this may be discussed with a member of staff and the final decision will be made by the Principal, Miss Wendy.
To keep us all safe, we have limited spaces in all our classes, each student has their own designated space which is distanced from others, and sanitation stations are available throughout.
Unfortunately, our social waiting areas are closed for now; we ask that parents wait in cars or leave the premises while the student is in class. We have an outside space to wait in before the class enters, it can get busy, so we ask that masks are worn in this space in case of the event of closeness during class crossover. All students waiting to enter the studio must wait for the previous class to exit before they proceed.
